Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 6, 2026

1. Data Processed

We process uploaded image files and transformation settings to deliver the requested output. Basic operational metadata may be stored for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

2. Retention

Files are kept for a short time and automatically deleted by lifecycle/TTL policies. Do not rely on this service for long-term storage.

3. EXIF and Metadata

The EXIF tool removes metadata by design. Other tools may preserve or remove metadata depending on selected options and output format behavior.

4. Cookies and Advertising

This site may show third-party ads delivered by external ad networks. Standard display placements appear on supported pages, and more disruptive formats are limited to select non-tool pages with frequency controls. Ad services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and the applicable rules in your region.

5. Security

We apply transport encryption, access controls, and validation checks, but no system is perfectly secure. Avoid uploading highly sensitive content.

6. Your Choices

You can manage language and ad consent options in the UI. For privacy or legal questions, contact us through the Feedback page.

7. Purpose Limitation

Processing is limited to delivering requested transformations, maintaining service reliability, and preventing abuse. We do not sell uploaded files as standalone data assets. Operational telemetry is used to diagnose failures, improve performance, and enforce security controls, and is retained only for periods justified by those purposes.

8. Third-Party Infrastructure

IMAGEEE relies on external infrastructure providers for compute, storage, network delivery, and optional advertising. These providers may process technical identifiers such as IP address, request metadata, and delivery logs as required to operate their services. Their independent privacy notices apply to provider-side processing outside direct product control. We periodically review integrations to reduce unnecessary data exposure.

9. Requests and Accountless Context

Because IMAGEEE is designed for accountless utility usage, we may not always be able to associate a request with a persistent user identity. For privacy inquiries, include timestamp, page URL, browser information, and relevant request context so we can locate the corresponding operational records when available.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect legal requirements, infrastructure changes, or product updates. When material changes occur, the page date is updated and the revised text becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
