Choose files, then choose Full image or Selection only under Apply area. Selection only is manual: use Brush on the Original preview, and use Eraser, Undo, or Redo to refine the marked regions. View larger opens the same controls for editing; use Actual size and Pan image to move around the image. Choose the Effect and Strength, select Run Mosaic, and Download the finished result.
Blur, pixelation, and posterization are visual effects, not a guarantee that sensitive information is unreadable. Cover each sensitive region and inspect the downloaded image, including edges and the version at its final delivery size. Selection only needs a browser-readable preview; if the tool reports Preview limited, convert the image to JPG, PNG, or WebP first, then select the converted file here.
Is blur always enough for personal data?
No. Increase strength and area coverage, and inspect edges. If needed, combine blur with larger block/pixel settings.
Should I redact before or after resize?
Usually after final resize target is known. This keeps redaction strength aligned with the delivered dimensions.
Can I undo selection mistakes?
Yes. Use selection undo/redo controls and recheck all regions before export.
