Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Data Processed
We process uploaded image files and transformation settings to deliver the requested output. Basic operational metadata may be stored for abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
IMAGEEE also records first-party product analytics such as page views, referrer or campaign parameters, tool starts, successful conversions, download starts, and error categories. These events use random visitor and session identifiers stored in the browser so we can distinguish real usage from crawler traffic and diagnose broken workflows. We do not include uploaded file contents, download tokens, or raw filenames in these analytics events.
2. Retention
Files are kept for a short time and automatically deleted by lifecycle/TTL policies. Do not rely on this service for long-term storage.
3. EXIF and Metadata
The EXIF tool removes metadata by design. Other tools may preserve or remove metadata depending on selected options and output format behavior.
4. Cookies and Advertising
This site may show third-party ads delivered by external ad networks. In regions where the EU or UK consent rules apply, Google Privacy & Messaging asks for your choices before IMAGEEE enables ExoClick advertising, and those choices are passed through the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. In other regions, supported home, tool, and download pages may load ads automatically unless you use Ad settings to opt out. Pop-under, forced-navigation, push-notification, and content-overlay ad formats are currently not enabled. Ad services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and the applicable rules in your region.
5. Security
We apply transport encryption, access controls, and validation checks, but no system is perfectly secure. Avoid uploading highly sensitive content.
6. Your Choices
You can change the advertising choice at any time with the Ad settings control in the footer. Where EU or UK consent rules apply, this opens Google Privacy & Messaging so you can withdraw or update your IAB TCF choice. Elsewhere it opens IMAGEEE's local advertising opt-out. A declined or withdrawn choice keeps third-party ads off while every image tool remains available. If the required privacy controls cannot load, IMAGEEE keeps third-party ads off. For privacy or legal questions, contact us through the Feedback page.
7. Purpose Limitation
Processing is limited to delivering requested transformations, maintaining service reliability, and preventing abuse. We do not sell uploaded files as standalone data assets. Operational telemetry is used to diagnose failures, improve performance, and enforce security controls, and is retained only for periods justified by those purposes.
8. Third-Party Infrastructure
IMAGEEE relies on external infrastructure providers for compute, storage, network delivery, and optional advertising. These providers may process technical identifiers such as IP address, request metadata, and delivery logs as required to operate their services. Their independent privacy notices apply to provider-side processing outside direct product control. We periodically review integrations to reduce unnecessary data exposure.
9. Requests and Accountless Context
Because IMAGEEE is designed for accountless utility usage, we may not always be able to associate a request with a persistent user identity. For privacy inquiries, include timestamp, page URL, browser information, and relevant request context so we can locate the corresponding operational records when available.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy to reflect legal requirements, infrastructure changes, or product updates. When material changes occur, the page date is updated and the revised text becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
