Terms of Service
Last updated: February 6, 2026
1. Service Scope
IMAGEEE provides online image conversion, resize, compression, and metadata removal features. Files are processed automatically and retained for a short period.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and process files. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
3. Storage and Deletion
Uploaded and processed files are temporary. The service is designed for short-term retention and automatic deletion based on configured lifecycle rules.
4. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. Availability, performance, and features may change without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IMAGEEE operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or misuse.
6. Contact
For policy or legal requests, use the Feedback page and select the legal/policy category.
7. Acceptable Use and Abuse Controls
You agree not to use the service for malware distribution, credential theft, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass platform limits. Requests that appear malicious, unusually aggressive, or inconsistent with normal product usage may be rate-limited, blocked, or logged for security investigation. We may also restrict repeated high-risk workflows when they threaten service availability for other users.
8. Processing Limits and Data Integrity
IMAGEEE is designed for utility processing, not as a system of record. Output compatibility can vary by source file condition, format edge cases, and destination software behavior. You must validate final deliverables before production publication, archival, or legal submission. Keep original files under your own control and treat generated files as derived outputs that may require additional verification.
9. Service Changes
We may update features, supported formats, retention defaults, and operational safeguards over time. Material policy updates are reflected on this page through the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
