Image editing, privacy, and publishing tools
Tools in this category
Choose a focused category when you already know the kind of image or document task you need. The complete tools list remains available when you want to compare every workflow.
Choose the control that changes the right privacy layer
Visible pixels, hidden metadata, background isolation, and ownership marks are separate layers. Select the workflow that changes the sensitive layer instead of assuming one edit protects all of them.
Questions before choosing this workflow
Does removing EXIF data change what viewers can see?
No. EXIF cleanup targets metadata stored with the file. Inspect the image separately for visible names, faces, addresses, screens, badges, reflections, or documents and use an appropriate masking or crop workflow for those pixels.
Is a blurred or pixelated area guaranteed to be safe redaction?
No single visual effect is a universal guarantee. Use a sufficiently strong mask, review the final exported pixels at full resolution, and avoid sharing the uncensored original when disclosure would be harmful.
