Local processing

IMAGEEE GRAB processes detected images locally in your browser. We do not upload images, image URLs, page content, downloaded files, or browsing history to Imageee servers.

Current Free release

The current Free Plan can store local settings, the most recent scan, detected image URLs, page title, filters, and selected image IDs in Chrome storage so the popup and picker can reopen quickly. You can clear local scan data from the extension options page.

Planned Pro Monthly features

Filename templates, ZIP generation, URL exports, and other Pro Monthly workflow tools are planned at $3.99/month for a later launch and are not active for purchase in the current Free release. When these tools launch, processing is planned to remain local unless a user explicitly contacts support.

Pro licensing status

Pro Monthly licensing is coming soon at $3.99/month and is not active in the current Free Plan release. When Pro launches, license verification is planned to use only the license key, random local device ID, extension version, and Pro config version. The device ID is generated randomly and is not a hardware fingerprint.

Payments

There is no active Pro Monthly checkout in the current release. If Pro payments are enabled later, they are expected to be processed by Stripe. IMAGEEE would not receive or store full card numbers.

Support messages

If you contact support, we process the information you send, such as email address, issue description, extension version, browser version, and optional screenshots. Do not send private image URLs or confidential screenshots unless you decide they are necessary for debugging.

What AWS does not do

AWS is not used as an image proxy. Images are not uploaded to AWS. ZIP files are not generated on AWS. Image URLs and page content are not stored on the server.

Optional diagnostics

The current Free release does not send diagnostics. If diagnostics are enabled later, they must not include full page URLs, image URLs, page content, downloaded files, or browsing history.
