IMAGEEE GRAB Terms of Service

1. Service scope

IMAGEEE GRAB is a Chrome extension for discovering, previewing, filtering, copying, and downloading images from web pages through the user's browser. The current release is Free Plan only. Pro Monthly workflow features are planned at $3.99/month for a later launch and are not available for purchase yet.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to access, download, store, and use any image or page content. The extension must not be used to infringe copyright, violate site terms, bypass authentication, bypass paywalls, or collect content from systems you are not permitted to access.

3. License and devices

No Pro license key is required for the current Free Plan release. When Pro Monthly launches, any paid license may be subject to device limits, verification checks, and anti-abuse controls. License sharing, resale, automated redistribution, or attempts to bypass verification may result in deactivation.

4. Payments and renewal

There is no active Pro Monthly checkout in the current release. Pro Monthly is planned at $3.99/month. If it is launched later, final pricing, renewal, payment processor, and tax details will be shown before purchase.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, renewal, refund, and dispute handling for the future Pro Monthly paid plan are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Service changes

Features, browser compatibility, planned Pro configuration rules, limits, and support procedures may change over time. Chrome, websites, browser APIs, and site restrictions can affect what the extension can detect or download.

7. Legal, export, and prohibited use

You may not use the product for unlawful content collection, malware distribution, credential theft, scraping restricted systems, export-control violations, or other activity that would expose IMAGEEE, payment processors, hosting providers, or users to legal or operational risk.

8. Promotions

No standing promotions are offered unless a specific promotion page, coupon, or checkout message says otherwise. Any promotion is subject to the displayed eligibility, expiration, region, and usage limits.
