Current Free Plan status
The current public release of IMAGEEE GRAB is Free Plan only. Pro Monthly checkout, billing, and license activation are planned at $3.99/month and are not active yet.
Digital product
When Pro Monthly launches, it will be a $3.99/month digital software subscription. No physical product is shipped.
Refund window
After Pro Monthly launches, you will be able to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Pro features do not work for your intended browser workflow and support cannot resolve the issue. Email support@imageee.net with the purchase email, purchase date, and a short description of the problem.
Refund limits
Refunds may be declined for abuse, license sharing, policy violations, repeated refund requests, or cases where the product was used substantially after purchase. Refund decisions are made in good faith based on purchase records, license activity, and support context.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and card network timing can vary after a refund is issued.
Cancellation
After Pro Monthly launches, you will be able to cancel renewal before the next monthly billing date by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal billing. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid period unless the license is deactivated for abuse or policy violations.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, contact support first with the purchase email or approximate billing date. We can usually identify the order and resolve billing questions faster than a formal payment dispute.
