Customer support
Support
For help, email support@imageee.net or use the main IMAGEEE Feedback page. This is the customer support contact for product, installation, Free Plan behavior, and future Pro Monthly questions.
Installation and product help
IMAGEEE GRAB is now available on the Chrome Web Store. Install the current Free Plan from the official Chrome Web Store listing. If installation, scan, filter, download, planned Pro controls, or permissions fail, email support with your Chrome version, extension version, page URL type, what you clicked, and any visible error message.
Pro status
Pro Monthly checkout, billing, and license activation are planned at $3.99/month and are not active in the current Free Plan release. You do not need a license key or account to use the Free Plan.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
There are no Pro Monthly charges in the current Free Plan release. The Refund and Cancellation Policy documents the intended process for the future $3.99/month paid plan.
Privacy when reporting
Do not send private image URLs or confidential page screenshots unless you decide they are necessary for debugging. A minimal reproducible example is better than a private dataset.
Common technical notes
Some images cannot be downloaded because of site restrictions. Try downloading those images individually through Chrome downloads. ZIP, URL export, and multi-tab scan are planned Pro Monthly features and are not active yet.
If scanning returns fewer images than expected, check whether the page lazy-loads content after scrolling, embeds images inside a signed viewer, or blocks extension access to cross-origin resources. For repeatable reports, include whether the missing file appeared as an image tag, CSS background, responsive source, or downloadable link.
Legal and export restrictions
Do not use IMAGEEE GRAB to bypass paywalls, authentication, technical access controls, export restrictions, or copyright restrictions. You are responsible for making sure you have rights to access and use the images you download.
